Find a role that fits at STIIIZY Careers. You will also see the same openings on Indeed and LinkedIn, and they all reach the same recruiting team. Submit your application, and a recruiter reviews it. If your experience lines up with what the role needs, we move you forward.

Interview
This is where you meet the people you would work with. What it looks like depends on the kind of role:
Retail & stores
Faster and more direct. Qualified candidates go straight to store leadership, who interview you and make the decision. Fewer steps and quicker answers.
Corporate & teams
A recruiter guides you through the process and coordinates one or more interviews with the hiring manager and team. Expect a few more touchpoints as you meet the people you would work alongside.
Delivery and driving roles follow a path much like retail, with a couple of extra checks tied to driving.

Offer
When you are the one, your recruiter or hiring manager calls with a verbal offer and the details: pay, start date, and what comes next. You will then receive an official offer letter to review and sign.

Background & getting set up
After you sign, we run a background check (roles that involve driving also include a motor vehicle record check) and send you a short set of items to complete before you start. This is also when we get your profile and credentials ready so day one runs smoothly.
Some locations require additional credentials, such as a Live Scan or a facility agent card, depending on the state and city where you will be working. Your offer is contingent on completing those credentials and clearing your background check before your start date.

Day one
Every new hire starts with a virtual orientation, held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will get a walk through the company, our mission and values, products, policies, and benefits, plus help setting up your employee profile. Your team and the onboarding crew check in with you over your first 30 days to make sure you are set up to succeed.

Where should I apply?

How long does the process take?
It depends on the role. Retail and store roles tend to move quickly, sometimes within a week or two. Corporate roles can take longer because they usually involve more interviews.
Do you run a background check?
Yes, after you accept an offer. Depending on the state and city where you will work, some roles also require credentials like a Live Scan or a facility agent card, and roles that involve driving include a motor vehicle record check. Your start date is contingent on clearing these.
Is orientation in person?
Orientation is virtual for all new hires and runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will be scheduled for the session that fits your start date.
Do I need to be 21?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to work in licensed cannabis roles.
Will I hear back about my application?
A recruiter manages communication throughout the process and will follow up with you on where things stand.
